Who will work in My Vineyards,

  Who will till the ground.

    Who will Stand for the Wounded,

 Where can you be found.

Who will stand and be counted,

             When a prayer for a Wounded Soldier I seek.

          Who will fill the gap and become the hedge,

             For the Soldiers who are Wounded and Weak.

“I will!” came the reply of a little child.

             “I know I’m just a child, but Lord I’ll try.

          “Please God, isn’t there anything I can do”?

             With this the little child knelt down and began to cry.

Through the sobbing and the tears, somebody spoke.

             Could it be? Yes! That was God’s voice!

          The tears were now streaming down that childs Glowing face,

              As God had spoken, and made that humble child His choice.

“Yes My child, you may stand and be counted.

             Fear not, for I am with thee.

          Be not dismayed, for I will Listen for thine cry.

             And I’ll heal the wounded for your fervent plea”.

Those were the words of the Lord to that little child.

             But if you listen earnestly to His calling,

          It may even be you He’s inviting.

             For it may just be you who keeps another from falling.
